Shanxi Jianbang Group Co., Ltd locates in Houma, Shanxi province, centre of Chinese coal resource. It is also at the intersection of TONGPU, HOUYUE and HOUXI railways, intersection of DAYUN and JINHAN Highways. Shanxi Jianbang Group Co., Ltd was started in 1988 and founded on October 24, 1997, with the registered capital of 222 million RMB. Now, Shanxi Jianbang Group Co., Ltd have 5 production entities ( Jianbang foundry, General Industry and Trade, Jianbang Special Steel, Tangrong Auto Parts, Debang Rubber) and 7 international trade companies ( Hong Kong, Thailand, Changzhou, Qingdao, Beijing, Suzhou and Lianyungang ). Now the group owns 4000 employees together with 170 hectare yards manufacturing area, the group is a large multi-industry group with clearly-defined core business integrated by international trade, manufacture of spheroidal graphite cast iron, steel, automobile parts casting, building material and transportation service.

　　In 2008 Jianbang Group’s industrial output value was 4 billion RMB, and profit was 200 million RMB. The Group imported 1.8 million tons of iron ore during 2008, and the total value of imports and exports was up to 154 million U.S.dollars, ranked the first company in Linfen City. Nowadays, Jianbang Group occupies the following equipments and ability: an annual output of 2.2 million tons of high quality cast iron, 2 million special steel, 1.2 million bearing steel and oil drill pipe, power generation with an annual output of 300 million kilowatts, an annual output of 150,000 tons precision castings, an annual output of 1.5 million tons of cement mixture by using blast furnace’ water waste, and ability of transporting 6 million tons of the material.

It was awarded the “Certificate of Applying International Standardization Sign”by the Chinese Standardization Administration. The title of “AA Grade Credit Quality in Shanxi Province” and “Brand-name Products in Shanxi Province” was given by Shanxi Province Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau. Jianbang Group’s international trading zone includes: Brazil, India, Europe and the United States, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and other countries and regions.
